Peter Alexis previews the full UFC 318 odds and fight card for Saturday, July 19th.

UFC 318 Odds: Max Holloway vs. Dustin Poirier 3 Prediction, Full UFC 318 Fight Card - New Orleans, July 19th

It's been an exciting year so far in the UFC, and it's about to get even better on Saturday night when Dustin Poirier and Max Holloway square off in New Orleans at UFC 318. It'll be the third fight of their trilogy, as Dustin looks to sweep all three in his final fight before retiring.

Max Holloway is a bit younger and still could have one more title run in him at 33 years old. Oddsmakers are finally making him the favorite at -130 despite the two previous losses, spaced out over the last decade. Holloway hasn't fought since running into the Ilia Topuria buzzsaw last fall, and needs this win to propel him down the backstretch of his career.

Elsewhere on the UFC 318 card, Kevin Holland is a massive favorite as he goes for his third-straight victory, while Paulo Costa is another underdog trying to snap a losing skid in the middleweight class. All the main card action starts at 10 PM ET from New Orleans on Saturday, July 19th, so lets' take a look at the complete UFC 318 odds.

Max Holloway vs. Dustin Poirier Odds

  • Moneyline: Holloway (-130), Poirier (+110)

Max Holloway and Dustin Poirier will lace them up one more time in a thrilling lightweight trilogy. Dustin beat him by submission back in 2012 and a decision in 2019. Now, with Poirier ready to hang up the gloves, he'll go out with one final battle against his rival. Can Max finally get the better of him? The oddsmakers think he might finally have the edge against the elder Poirier, but check out this full fight breakdown to see our analysis.

Paulo Costa vs. Roman Kopylov Odds

  • Moneyline: Costa (+190), Kopylov (-235)

Paulo Costa can't seem to stop his losing streak, falling from grace as a promising middleweight a few years ago. He's lost four out of five fights, and finds himself as another underdog at Smoothie King Center for UFC 318 tonight.

Our Jason Radowitz believes Costa can turn it around on Saturday if he starts off with an aggressive style. He thinks there is definitely an opportunity for a first round knockout in this one if Costa gets after him early and switches up from his losing ways.

Kevin Holland vs. Daniel Rodriguez Odds

  • Moneyline: Holland (-550), Rodriguez (+450)

Kevin Holland is a heavy favorite over Daniel Rodriguez on Saturday as he looks for his third straight victory in the welterweight division. He's several years younger than his opponent, and has a bit of reach on him as well. Holland should cruise to a victory in this lead-up to the main event at Holloway vs. Poirier 3.

Dan Ige vs. Patricio Pitbull Odds

  • Moneyline: Ige (-220), Pitbull (+190)

Patricio Pitbull is another guy nearing the end of his career at the age of 38, and finds himself as a decent underdog against the younger Dan Ige. Pitbull lost to Yair Rodriguez back in April, and will look to find at least one more win before his career wraps up.

Meanwhile, Dan Ige had lost three in a row before taking down Sean Woodson back in April, and hopes to find himself a 20th victory on Saturday night in New Orleans. Expect to see these guys on the ground a lot with a lean towards wrestling and jiu jitsu.

Michael Johnson vs. Daniel Zellhuber Odds

  • Moneyline: Johnson (+470), Zellhuber (-550)

Daniel Zellhuber is a massive favorite over the veteran, Michael Johnson. There's a 13-year age gap between the two, with Zellhuber as a spry 26-year-old against his aging lightweight opponent. At -550 odds, the sportsbooks are giving him a nearly 85% chance of winning, one of the biggest favorites on the card.

Zellhuber only has two career losses compared to his 15 wins, but has not yet fought in 2025. It will be his first bout since losing to Esteban Ribovics last September, and he will look to take out Johnson with a decisive victory and get back on track.
