After the CFP Committee added their first rankings of the year last weekend, we have a clearer picture of what they're thinking and where teams will end up in bowl season.
Most teams still control their destiny. The teams just can't lose. But it's not that easy!
I've added my predictions for this year's college football bowl games heading into Week 11.
College Football Bowl Game Prediction
Rose Bowl (CFB Semifinal)
Georgia Bulldogs vs. Michigan Wolverines
Although the Wolverines look like the best team in the nation, they were ranked No. 3 to begin the College Football Playoff rankings.
The Wolverines don't have wins against anyone notable. However, they'll face Penn State on the road this weekend. That would surely help them.
On the other hand, Georgia's win against Missouri was solid enough to keep them in the No. 2 spot. Georgia's matchup against Ole Miss this weekend will be its hardest test to date.
Sugar Bowl (CFB Semifinal)
Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Florida State Seminoles
The College Football Committee released their first rankings last week before the Week 10 matchups on Saturday.
They had the Buckeyes in first place with wins against Penn State and Notre Dame. Therefore, they'd play in the Sugar Bowl against No. 4 Florida State.
The Seminoles earned a 24-7 win over Pittsburgh and will likely stick in the final playoff spot for another week.
Ohio State plays Michigan State at home, while Florida State has a tough game against Miami at home this weekend.
Cotton Bowl
Washington Huskies vs. Texas Longhorns
Washington and Texas both held their breaths last weekend. But both escaped their games with a win over the weekend.
The Huskies added a massive win against USC. Now, they'll take on a Utah Utes team that is peaking at the right time.
Meanwhile, Texas almost blew a big lead against Kansas State over the weekend but prevailed. Despite nearly losing, both teams won and would play in the Cotton Bowl if the regular season ended today.
It's November. Just survive and advance!
Peach Bowl
Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Oregon Ducks
The Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the LSU Tigers on their home field. They're still in the race for a College Football Playoff bid, as the other teams. But for now, they'd likely face the Oregon Ducks, who also have just one loss on the season.
Oregon's loss came to Washington. But since that loss, the Ducks have looked brilliant behind Bo Nix. The offense just scored 63 points against California last weekend. Look for another massive performance against a USC defense that has been one of the worst in the Pac-12 this season.
This matchup would be fun.

Orange Bowl
Louisville Cardinals vs. Penn State Nittany Lions
The Louisville Cardinals and Penn State Nittany Lions still have a chance to win their respective conferences.
Penn State will take on Michigan later this week after adding 51 points against Maryland over the weekend. A win against Michigan would be huge for the program. Penn State has struggled to defeat Michigan and Ohio State over the years.
On the other hand, Louisville's taking on Virginia at home on Thursday night. They're 8-1 on the season and are competing with the Florida State Seminoles for the ACC Championship. This would be an intriguing and exciting matchup if neither team can get into the CFP or win a conference championship.
Fiesta Bowl
Oregon State Beavers vs. Ole Miss Rebels
The Ole Miss Rebels could change the landscape of the entire playoff with a win over Georgia this weekend.
The Rebels' only loss this season was to Alabama. But a win against Georgia would likely knock Georgia out of the playoff and add another team like Washington if Washington can escape Utah.
For now, Ole Miss, as a top-ten team, would get a chance to play in the Fiesta Bowl.
They are playing Oregon State, who have lost two games this season. But if Oregon State wins out the remainder of the season, the Beavers should make a New Year's Six Bowl game. They'll have Washington and Oregon after this week's game against Stanford.
