We're hours away from kick-off between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs. We wrote an article earlier this week to share the top five most popular bets in the AFC Championship game. However, as the week progressed, Bet MGM shared new popular bets that we wanted you to be aware of.

So here are the new and current most popular bets for the Cincinnati Bengals vs Kansas City Chiefs Conference Championship Round match-up via Bet MGM.

Bengals +7.5 @ -110 (Bet $110 to win $100)

Bengals +7.557%51%
Chiefs -7.543%49%

The Bengals are still the more popular bet at +7.5. However, the Bengals are just 51 percent of the handle now as sharp money is starting to side with the Chiefs a little bit more.

The Bengals already defeated the Chiefs this season, but after the Bengals couldn't stop the Titans' defensive line, a lot of bettors don't feel comfortable betting on the Bengals to beat the defending AFC Champions. The Bengals now have 57 percent of the bets and 51 percent of the handle at MGM.

Over 54.5 @ -110 (Bet $110 to win $100)

Over 54.572%71%
Under 54.528%29%

The total jumped from 50.5 to 54.5 earlier this week. Still, bettors love the over with 72 percent of the bets and 71 percent of the handle on the over in this game. Burrow threw for over 400 yards and four touchdowns against the Chiefs earlier this year and bettors also know exactly what Patrick Mahomes is capable of doing on the offensive end. I completely agree with the over, but it's hard to take the over knowing you could've got it at 50.5 if you did your research a little bit sooner.

Top Prop Bets for Bengals vs Chiefs

Travis Kelce is still being bet at a high rate right now. MGM bettors are expecting Kelce to find the endzone and also score the first touchdown of the game. It's going to be hard for Kelce to score the first touchdown, knowing there are so many options on both teams that can actually score. This isn't the Packers where only Davante Adams and Aaron Jones are reliable touchdown scorers.

The Chiefs and Bengals have so many weapons and anyone can score. Byron Pringle has three touchdowns in two playoff games!

Anyway, MGM bettors are starting to side with Burrow to have a big day passing. Most of these bettors likely believe the Bengals will get down in a hurry and he'll be forced to pass a lot in this game. Those bettors also understand exactly what Burrow is capable of down the field and have seen Ja'Marr Chase do big things against this same exact Chiefs defense earlier this season. So over 291.5 passing yards is a solid bet, but you should know that other sites have a better number... Click Here For The Best Sportsbook Promotions Available in Your State
