With many players questionable and many new faces in the starting lineups, a lot of movement might be missed.

Don't worry. We'll get you caught up.

Here are 20 players you should start or sit in Week 7 of the NFL season.

Embarrassing your friends in Fantasy or are they embarrassing you? Lucky for you, we have over $5,000 in free bets in bonuses to use on the NFL! Even if your fantasy team is sucking, you can still brag about winning money!

Quarterbacks To Play in Week 7

1. Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers

2. Sam Howell, Washington Commanders

Jordan Love needs to find his rhythm again. What better time to do it against a Denver Broncos team about to start a rebuild? The Broncos are one of the worst defenses against the pass this season. Love should stand out this week and earn multiple touchdowns. On the other hand, Sam Howell and the Commanders will face the Giants. New York's defense played well on Monday Night. But Howell has been tremendous throughout his second season and deserves some recognition for that. He'll put up some points against New York.

Howell playing the Giants in Week 6? Sam Howell is heating up for the Commanders. Make sure you're hammering Sam Howell prop bets at DraftKings right now

Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 7

3. Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints

4. Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings

5. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions

Derek Carr is questionable for the Saints' game against the Jaguars. But he hasn't put up great numbers to start the year. Against the Jaguars, he'll likely give us more of the same. Meanwhile, Kirk Cousins will face a difficult San Francisco team without Justin Jefferson, and Jared Goff will have the challenge against the Baltimore Ravens. There are better options out there at quarterback this week.

Running Backs To Play in Week 7

6. Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers

7. Roschon Johnson, Chicago Bears

8. Gus Edwards, Baltimore Ravens

If Aaron Jones is active, he's a must-play. Going up against Denver, the Packers will likely have plenty of opportunities to get Jones that ball. After a bye week, I expect he'll be healthy this time around. Although Roschon Johnson was officially out last weekend with a concussion, he'll likely be the RB1 this week against the Raiders. Play him. Lastly, Gus Edwards might still be in the waivers if you need a flex option. He earned 16 carries against the Titans and caught a pass. Maybe he'll get into the end zone in Week 7. He's better than a lot of the other mid-tier backs right now.

Hammer Aaron Jones overs at Ceasars right now. Bet up to $50 and get $250 that Jones has a good week in his return from injury with no risk of losing!

Running Backs To Sit in Week 7

9. Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons

10. Rhamondre Stevenson, New England Patriots

Tyler Allgeier has earned just 3.2 yards per carry. He's also got just six receptions for 32 yards. He's not finding much running room and will lose opportunities to Bijan Robinson down the line. Meanwhile, no Patriots player should be playing against the Bills this weekend. Stevenson found the end zone last weekend, but it's hard to imagine he'll do that again with how the Patriots have played.

Wide Receivers To Play in Week 7

11. Drake London, Atlanta Falcons

12. Jakobi Meyers, Las Vegas Raiders

Are we starting to see consistency out of Drake London? He just earned 12 targets and caught nine passes against Washington. He's seen six targets in the first five games for the Falcons this season. Those targets are now turning into catches. Meanwhile, Jakobi Meyers saw seven targets last weekend. He hauled in five catches for 61 yards and scored another touchdown. Meyers has four touchdowns this season and ranks in the top 15 of wide receivers. I don't care who plays quarterback for the Raiders. Plug him in if you need another wideout.

Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 7

13. Jordan Addison, Minnesota Vikings

14. Jerry Jeudy, Denver Broncos

15. Tutu Atwell, Los Angeles Rams

Once Justin Jefferson went down, people quickly believed that Addison would be the No. 1 guy in the Vikings' offense. He only caught three passes for 28 yards but scored a touchdown in Week 6 to help his fantasy score. But against the Niners, don't expect any explosion out of Addison this week. On the other hand, you can sit Jerry Jeudy on the bench until he finds a new team. His heart isn't in it right now with the Broncos. Lastly, Tutu Atwell is seeing less production with Cooper Kupp back in the mix. Atwell can probably be thrown back into Waivers. Don't play him.

Tight Ends To Play in Week 7

16. Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers

17. Logan Thomas, Washington Commanders

Luke Musgrave is getting played a lot by the Packers. If I like Jordan Love, I will like Luke Musgrave this week. Meanwhile, Logan Thomas saw regression in Week 6 against the Falcons, hauling in one catch for two yards. But he's still got 19 catches in five games and will face a Giants defense that hasn't played well throughout the season.

Can the Commanders pounce on the Giants on Sunday? Well, FanDuel is the place to bet on Logan Thomas props right now!

Tight Ends To Sit in Week 7

18. Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams

19. Jonnu Smith, Atlanta Falcons

20. David Njoku, Cleveland Browns

Like Atwell, Higbee's production is quiet now that Cooper Kupp is in the mix. Meanwhile, Jonnu Smith is still the No. 2 tight end for the Falcons. He's borderline with a lot of risk. It's not worth playing him. There are better waivers out there. Lastly, if the season ended today, David Njoku would finish as the 33rd-best tight end. He's got no touchdowns, and with the quarterback situation up in the air, it's unlikely Njoku will see the end zone anytime soon.
