The Dallas Cowboys watched another efficient season go down the drain after a lackluster playoff performance against the Packers on Sunday.
Dallas fans are used to it.
So is Owner and general manager Jerry Jones.
But is last night's loss to the Packers enough to send current head coach Mike McCarthy packing?
The rumors are already swirling. Some NFL executives have stated that they felt McCarthy would be judged based on his final game despite a 12-win regular season.
As many sports fans know, the grass isn't always greener. There might not be a better head coach to take over for McCarthy. But sometimes, a change is necessary to keep fans and players happy during the painful seasons.
If it's not McCarthy, who will be the new voice for the Cowboys? Check out the odds and probability for the next Dallas head coach below.

Coach | Odds | Implied Chance |
|---|---|---|

Bill Belichick +175
Bill Belichick has been linked to almost every team looking for a head coach this year.
It makes sense. Belichick is third in the NFL in all-time coaching wins with 333. His 31 postseason head coaching victories are the most all-time.
However, Belichick's record is only 83-104 without Tom Brady at quarterback. He also just won four games last season with New England.
It certainly makes you wonder if Belichick is the right guy for any team moving forward. But he's got an excellent reputation in the league and still wants to coach. Some team is going to fire on him.
From my understanding, Belichick and Jerry Jones developed a friendship a long time ago.
Meanwhile, for Belichick, there's no better team to take over than the Cowboys. Most teams that are looking for a head coach are trying to build and develop. The Cowboys are already a 12-win program looking to make the jump into the Super Bowl.
That's why it would be wise for Belichick to grab Dallas' offer over a team like the Chargers or Falcons.
Bobby Slowik +550
Bobby Slowik is the offensive coordinator for the Houston Texans. He put on a clinic in the AFC Wild Card matchup against the Browns. But beyond that, he made C.J. Stroud the best rookie quarterback this season.
Stroud's performance as a rookie this season was incredible. He helped Stroud throw for over 4,000 yards while minimizing interceptions to just five on the season.
But he's also another guy getting interviews with almost every team.
Dan Quinn +800
The Cowboys can't fire Mike McCarthy and then make Dan Quinn the head coach. That would be silly.
The Dallas defense just allowed 48 points to the Packers on their home floor. If you don't like McCarthy, you won't want Quinn if both are being judged off of that Wild Card game against the Packers.
Micah Parsons spoke highly of Quinn. But the fan base would be pretty angry if Dallas made a move to get rid of McCarthy or another guy that played a significant role in the recent loss to Green Bay.
