With many significant injuries in Week 8, your fantasy team needs to make a couple of decisions about who to start.
I've got you covered.
Here are 20 players to start or sit in fantasy for Week 8.
Quarterbacks To Play in Week 8
1. Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons
2. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
3. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions
Does anyone remember the last time Kirk Cousins faced the Buccaneers? He had 500+ passing yards and threw for touchdowns.
Despite Mike Evans and Chris Godwin out, I'd still consider Baker Mayfield. Mayfield has delivered at least 23.4 fantasy points in five of his first seven starts.
Finally, Jared Goff is super precise and locked in right now. Every time he drops back, it feels like he's completing passes. He'll have a day against the Titans.

Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 8
4. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins
5. Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts
I'm excited to see Tua Tagovailoa's return with the Dolphins. But I'm not quite ready to start him in any fantasy leagues.
Plus, I don't care about Anthony Richardson's ability to run. He's thrown no more than 167 passing yards in his last three games and has added no passing touchdowns in those three games.
Running Backs To Play in Week 8
6. De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins
7. Najee Harris, Pittsburgh Steelers
8. Tank Bigsby, Jacksonville Jaguars
If there's a Dolphins player I'll play, it's De'Von Achane. He should get plenty of reps in Tua's first week back, and the offense should ultimately be more dynamic.
Najee Harris has also earned at least 100 rushing yards and a touchdown in back-to-back games. With Russell Wilson under center, Harris should see more reps. The sky is the limit, even against the Giants.
With Travis Etienne out, Tank Bigsby recorded 26 rushing attempts for 118 yards and two touchdowns against a Patriots group that was expected to be good against the run. The Jaguars have something with Bigsby and won't rush back to Etienne.
Running Backs To Sit in Week 8
9. Nick Chubb, Cleveland Browns
10. Devin Singletary, New York Giants
Nick Chubb is clearly not up to speed yet. Although he got 11 carries, he added just two yards per carry. He helped fantasy owners with a touchdown. But until we see some explosive plays, he's a hard pass.
On the other hand, Devin Singletary returned from injury and got five carries for only 18 yards. Tyrone Tracy is the go-to guy for the G-Men.
Wide Receivers To Play in Week 8
11. George Pickens, Pittsburgh Steelers
12. Jauan Jennings, San Francisco 49ers
13. Jalen McMillan, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Russell Wilson threw nine targets to George Pickens against the Jets secondary. Pickens caught five of the balls and added a touchdown after accumulating 111 yards. That tandem could be special.
With Brandon Aiyuk out for the season and Deebo Samuel going through an illness, Jauan Jennings could step up this week. He's already had one game with 11 catches and 175 yards with three touchdowns when he was needed earlier in the year.
Finally, the Buccaneers lost Mike Evans and Chris Godwin on Monday night. They seem to want to play things out rather than buy another receiver. Jalen McMillan could feast for the Buccaneers against Atlanta this week.
Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 8
14. Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts
15. Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers
In comes Anthony Richardson, and out comes another lousy performance by Josh Downs. You can only play Downs when Joe Flacco is at quarterback.
On the other hand, don't consider Christian Watson or really any of the Packers wide receivers other than Jayden Reed. They're too inconsistent.
Tight Ends To Play in Week 8
16. Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
17. Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers
When Baker Mayfield needed some big plays down the field last week, he turned to Cade Otton. Otton made some incredible catches down the stretch so he's a serious start this weekend against the Falcons.
I also enjoyed Pat Freiermuth's ability to make big plays with Wilson. Although he only caught two of three targets, he gained 51 receiving yards, which is something to build on.
Tight Ends To Sit in Week 8
18. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions
19. Zach Ertz, Washington Commanders
20. Tyler Conklin, TE, New York Jets
Sam LaPorta has earned no more than two catches in four of six games. He even saw 95% of snaps last week and added one catch on two targets. He's on the no-play list.
I also wouldn't test Zach Ertz against the Chicago Bears defensive, regardless of quarterback, and think Tyler Conklin is useless moving forward.
