New York Yankees vs. Minnesota Twins Prediction: Will Gerrit Cole and Pablo Lopez Shine?

Attacking this market yet again. Let's get into my prediction, pick, and odds for this MLB game.

We need no runs in the second inning and for Minnesota not to score 8+ runs. This one starts early, so let's keep this short and sweet.

New York Yankees vs. Minnesota Twins Prediction

Gerrit Cole is the main man we’re trusting today. Minnesota’s 4-9 hitters are 10-49 against Coles, which is just barely north of .200. Cole has only allowed three runs all year in over 19 innings pitched; he has looked incredible. I would doubt that the Twins can hit the over in this game by themselves, as the game total is currently at a low number of just seven runs.

On the other side of things, we have Pablo Lopez. These Yankees bats really don’t have much of a history against Lopez, but that usually will be a benefit to the pitcher and not the batters. We may have to worry about LeMahieu batting fifth but outside of that; I like all of these matchups for us. We just need three outs from Pablo, and he has looked outstanding this year.

This game has such a low total of seven runs, and we get to avoid Aaron Judge/Anthony Rizzo and Carlos Correa/Byron Buxton on each side. Our NRSIs have done us well, so let's hope that trend continues. The juice reducer feels safe because Cole has looked elite. Let's keep it rolling! Six outs and dream. Let's make it happen!
