Best MLB Strikeout Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Tuesday

There are 30 starting pitchers scheduled on tonight's MLB slate.

After looking at each of the 30 pitchers and their matchups, I've come away with my favorite three MLB strikeout props.

June 4 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Seth Lugo Under 4.5 Ks (-150) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Seth Lugo is one of the AL's best pitchers this season. However, he's not adding strikeouts at a high rate. Instead, he's earned just 21.1% of strikeouts to go along with a .121 ISO and wOBA of .266.

Lugo could still have a good outing today. But he's ultimately facing a Guardians lineup that has struck out only 15.2% of the time against righties over the last 30 days.

Only Bo Naylor has a higher strikeout rate than 18.2% in the Cleveland lineup tonight. Therefore, we'll take the Under for Lugo's strikeouts.

Ty Blach Under 2.5 Ks (+124) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Yes, I'm taking a pitcher to earn under three strikeouts tonight. There's no typo here.

Ty Blach of the Rockies has struck out only 12% of batters this season. Tonight, he'll go up against a Reds projected lineup that has struck out just 15.4% of the time against lefties in the last 30 days.

Only Elly De La Cruz has a higher strikeout rate than 21.9% in the Reds' lineup. Plus, Cincinnati rarely hits ground balls against lefties and typically hits plenty of fly balls and line drives.

That will help knock Blach out of the game early in Coors Field. I'm on the Under.

Patrick Sandoval Under 4.5 Ks (-104) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Patrick Sandoval has only struck out 21.8% of right-handed batters this season. Unfortunately for the lefty, the Padres will likely add seven right-handed batters into the lineup tonight.

While he's had more success against lefties, Sandoval will face Luis Arraez and Jake Cronenwroth, who have each held their own with limiting strikeouts against lefties this season.

As a whole, the Padres have struck out just 16.1% of the time against lefties over the last 30 days. Manny Machado and Fernando Tatis Jr. have each struck out at a high rate. But the rest of the lineup has struck out below 22% of the time.
