Jesus Luzardo has only struck out 17.3% of batters over the last 30 days. He's also added just 15.5% of strikeouts against his last 84 righties.
While he's limited walks and hasn't struggled too badly against righties other than his low strikeouts, he's facing a Mets projected lineup that has only struck out 15.2% of the time against lefties in the last 30 days.
The lineup figures to have all righties but Brandon Nimo. Of course, Nimmo is the lone batter who has struck out more than 20% of the time against lefties in the last 30 days.
Therefore, with just one legitimate target, I'll take Luzardo's under.

Over the last 30 days, Yusei Kikuchi has struck out only 22.5% of batters. The lefty's rate has dropped over the last month, and now he's struck out only 20.6% of righties.
That's bad news for Kikuchi, who will face a Brewers lineup of eight righties today. Those eight righties have also struck out only 21.3% of the time against lefties in the last 30 days.
Ultimately, the Brewers don't even have a batter who has struck out more than 26% of the time against lefties over the last 30 days. There aren't many heavy targets for Kikuchi, so we'll back his Under.

Bryan Woo has struck out 27.9% of righties over the last 30 days. Although he's a right-handed pitcher, he's also facing a White Sox lineup that has six righties in the projected lineup.
That plays out well for Woo.
The White Sox righties collectively have struck out 31.3% of the time against righties in the last month. In addition to Woo's success with strikeouts, he's also held opponents to a .050 ISO and wOBA of .161 over the last month.
Let's back Woo to add at least seven strikeouts at plus-money.
