Calling Our Shot delivers their favorite two-leg parlay for Friday, August 2nd. We've hit three straight parlays. Let's close the week cashing a fourth straight!

Best Bets Today: Friday's MLB Parlay from Calling Our Shot

Welcome to the daily parlay, brought to you by Calling Our Shot. We've hit three straight parlays. That's great to see, but job's not finished. We have one more parlay this week, which means we have one more parlay to cash. Let's get it done.

FRIDAY'S MLB PARLAY

LEG 1: Blue Jays and Yankees Both Teams to Score 1+ Runs in the First 5 Innings

Our first leg of the Parlay: Both Teams to Score 1+ Runs in the First 5 Innings of the Yankees & Blue Jays Game! This might be a weird market, but you can find it on BetMGM and DraftKings. We've dominated this market all week.

The Yankees are scorching hot. They are Top-3 in nearly every metric against right-handed pitching. Today, they will face Kevin Gausman, a pitcher that they've had a lot of success against historically. He's allowed 5, 1 & 7 ER to the Yankees this season. They will get us one. This probably comes down to the Blue Jays vs. Stroman. Stroman has allowed 15 HRs at home, really struggling keeping the ball in the park. The Jays have hit him well before. Stroman loves walking guys. I trust the Jays to at least put up one on him.

LEG 2: ATLANTA BRAVES MONEYLINE

Our second leg of the Parlay: Braves Moneyline. We’re backing the Braves in this spot to take care of business against the Marlins. We see Schwellenbach face off against Bellozo in this divisional showdown. Braves have won five of their last six games, looking to make it six of seven today.

Valente Bellozo is making his third career start. His first start was good but once he faced the Red Sox, he allowed five runs on seven hits. With the addition of Jorge Soler, this Braves lineup is significantly better and will likely crush this righty. Riley and Olson are finally starting to look like their 2023 versions of themselves. Spencer Schwellenbach starts for the Braves and he’s coming off a 7 Inning, 11 strikeout game against the Mets. With a Marlins lineup depleted of their veterans, I feel comfortable backing Spencer to hold this lineup down. The Marlins bullpen is also depleted from trades and in a 9 inning game, I’ll take the Braves to beat out a divisional opponent at home.
