We've got a near-full slate on tonight's MLB slate. With 26 starting pitchers scheduled to take the mound tonight, I've added my favorite three strikeout props for September 3 below.
September 3 Best MLB Strikeout Props

David Festa has earned 32.3% of strikeouts over the last 30 days. He's also held his last 93 batters to a .141 ISO and wOBA of .263 and has allowed just 8.6% of walks.
Beyond that, Festa has contributed 28.7% of whiffs and has earned over 13% of swinging strikes in the last 30 days.
Tonight, he'll battle a Rays lineup that has struck out 28.5% of the time against righties in the last 30 days. In the projected lineup, the Rays have seven batters with high strikeout rates against righties in the last 30 days.
That said, Festa has had an above-average strikeout rate against righties and lefties over the last 30 days. He can strike out righties and lefties consistently. Take his Over at plus money odds.

The Phillies will start Tyler Phillips tonight. He's a right-handed pitcher who has only struck out 14.6% of batters over the last month. In addition, Phillips has also thrown an average of just 83 pitches per appearance over the previous 30 days.
Phillips will battle a Blue Jays lineup that rarely strikes out against righties. The lineup has instead hit a .227 ISO and wOBA of .377 with only 16.6% of strikeouts collectively over the last month against righties.
With only two legitimate targets for Phillips, I'm on his Under 3.5 Ks tonight.

Aaron Civale will get another chance in the Milwaukee rotation. He's a veteran righty who has struck out just 20.4% of batters over the last month. In addition, he's added just 15.2% of strikeouts against righties in the previous month.
He'll face a Cardinals lineup that has more righties than lefties. But while Civale has earned 25.5% of strikeouts against lefties over the last month, the four Cardinals lefties have combined to strike out just 9% of the time against righties in the last month.
It's unlikely Civale will put away the lefties, and he's not nearly as good at putting away righties. Therefore, I'll back his under 4.5 Ks for tonight's matchup against the Cardinals.
