One player I am looking to target for a homer tonight is Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr.. Bobby has been crushing right-handed pitching as of late and his exit velocity log against it is crazy. He's hit 14 of his last 17 batted balls over 99 MPH, and now he gets a very solid matchup as Hayden Birdsong is slated to start tonight for the Giants.
In his career, he's allowed a 1.87 HR per 9 innings ratio, which is perfect for Bobby. The top two pitches he'll be throwing to Bobby are his 4-seam fastball and slider, which Bobby has great barrel rates against - 24.4% (4-seam) and 11.4% (slider). I love his chances to homer tonight!

The next player I'm liking for a homer tonight is Orioles second basemen Jackson Holliday. Holliday is another guy who has been crushing right-handed pitching as of late, with 11 of the last 13 batted balls hit 98+ MPH.
His matchup is against Brewers starter Logan Henderson who has allowed both of his homers to lefties this season and has allowed a high barrel rate (13.6%). Holliday has homered in two of his last three games, and I think he has another great chance to extend that streak tonight in Milwaukee.

The last player I am targeting on Dinger Tuesday is Athletics' catcher Shea Langeliers. I love the matchup he'll have today against Angels righty Kyle Hendricks. Hendricks has allowed a 2.53 HR per 9 innings ratio to right handed batters so far this season, and his pitch mix sets up nicely for Shea.
He will throw primarily sinkers and changeups to Langeliers. Shea leads the team in barrel rate vs. sinkers (12.3% to righties) and also has a great rate vs changeups (11.8%). The park in Sacramento is great for righty power and the weather is looking great for hitting tonight, so I love his odds to homer in tonight's game!
