Utah Jazz vs. Atlanta Hawks Prediction

The Atlanta Hawks vs. the Utah Jazz will duel things out from Salt Lake City, Utah, on Friday night. The Hawks come into this game feeling pretty good about themselves, fresh off a 30-plus point win over the Suns on Wednesday night in Phoneix. Atlanta has underperformed in the eyes of many this season, going 28-29 so far. This is a team that is much better than their record indicates, and they remain confident that they will be able to turn things around sooner than later.

They are led by star guard Trae Young who has turned in an outstanding season. Trae leads the team in points per game and assists per game and is the heartbeat of this Hawks team. Dejounte Murray has been a good sidekick for Young this year and has been playing much better basketball lately.

Utah, meanwhile, has been a surprise team in the eyes of many, and if the season ended today, they would be in the play-in tournament. They come into this contest one game over the .500 mark, and a huge reason for their success has been former Arizona Wildcat Lauri Markkanen. Markkanen earned himself his first All-Star appearance yesterday, and it was well-earned. He leads the team in scoring, averaging 24.9 points per game and 8.7 rebounds per game. Utah will look to continue its strong season with a home win tonight.

We are red hot on props as of late, so I figured, why not cook up another prop for tonight’s game? This time I will turn to the services of star guard Trae Young. Young was snubbed from the all-star game in the eyes of many, and I expect him to play this game with an extra chip on his shoulder tonight. Young is averaging 27.0 points per game, and he gets a favorable matchup against Utah tonight. This is not a great defensive team, and I believe he will clear this number with relative ease tonight. Let’s stay hot on the hardwood and cash in!
