Steve Erceg vs Ramazan Temirov Prediction

Erceg defeated veteran Tim Elliott by unanimous decision in May, settling into the fight after a difficult opening round and controlling the later exchanges. He previously beat Ode Osbourne by decision after losses to Brandon Moreno, Kai Kara-France and Alexandre Pantoja. Erceg pushed Pantoja through five competitive rounds in a 2024 title fight.

Temirov earned a unanimous decision over Charles Johnson in his most recent bout in March 2025. His UFC debut produced a first-round stoppage of CJ Vergara, continuing a run that also included early knockouts of Takaki Soya and Yuta Hamamoto in Rizin. Eleven of his 19 victories have come by knockout.

Temirov is dangerous when he can move forward and throw heavy combinations, but Erceg will own noticeable advantages in height and reach. The Australian is also the more versatile fighter, combining technical boxing with a strong submission game and the ability to make adjustments between rounds.

Steve Erceg vs Ramazan Temirov Pick

Erceg has competed against Pantoja, Moreno, Kara-France and Elliott during his last five appearances. That strength of schedule, combined with his recent return to form, provides the edge over an explosive opponent who has not yet faced this level of UFC competition.
