Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Baltimore Ravens Prediction
Let's be honest. These Thursday night football games have not been great so far. This game tonight should make up for that as we get to see two great quarterbacks on display tonight. These are two guys who both have an MVP to their name.
Lamar Jackson has been outstanding for the Ravens and is considered one of the favorites for league MVP at the moment. Jackson is betting on himself this season as he passed up on a contract offer from the Ravens in hopes of a larger deal. Lamar has shown this season how great he can be, and if he continues this kind of play, a bag is coming his way.

On the other side of things, we will see Tom Brady. Brady is the greatest quarterback of all time. Few will argue that, but Brady has really struggled this season. Brady's off-the-field issues have been well documented, and many people think this is contributing to his poor play. It has been a long time since we have seen Brady under .500, but that is where we are at right now.
Luckily for the Bucs, they play in one of the worst divisions in football and they are still the favorites to come out of the NFC South. If they are able to bounce back and get a win today, then they will find themselves 4-4 and remain in first place. Tampa is now a 1.5-point favorite after opening as a 1.5-point underdog.
I am all over the Bucs tonight on the moneyline. Listen, I understand Brady has been struggling, but this is still Tom Brady, and this is still the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A lot of people have written this team for a rough start, but I am confident that this is a team that will turn things around and is still good enough to compete for a Super Bowl.
The second reason I love this play is that the public is all over the Ravens. Everyone wants to fade the Bucs right now due to their poor play and the narrative around Tom Brady. Baltimore has shown an inability to close out games during the season. I think the Bucs style of play matches up very well here tonight, as they should be able to shut down the run and force Jackson to beat them as a passer. I will trust Brady and the Bucs tonight.
