The Jacksonville Jaguars and the Los Angeles Chargers will duel things out from Florida for what should be one of the best games of the playoffs. The reason for that is the two young quarterbacks that these two teams feature.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Los Angeles Chargers Prediction

Justin Herbert vs. Trevor Lawrence. These guys both have fantastic hair and a ton of ability. The NFL is in good hands with these two young stars, and I am fired up to watch them compete on Saturday night. The fact that the Jags are in this position is something to give them credit for. This was the worst team in football a season ago, and now they are hosting a playoff game. What a difference a year can make. One of the main reasons for Jacksonville’s turnaround has been their head coach Doug Pederson. Pederson took over for Urban Myer, who turned in arguably the worst head coaching performance in NFL history. Pederson has straightened this team out, and he has done an outstanding job developing Trevor Lawrence.

Los Angeles, meanwhile, finally made the postseason. This is a team that people love every year in the preseason. That was the case once again this year, and many people thought that they had a chance to win the AFC West. They did not win their conference, but they still have a lot to be proud of, having a ten-win season. Justin Herbert has shown the league how dominant he is, having the best year of his NFL career. These two teams played earlier in the year in a game that Jacksonville won 38-10.

I am all over Los Angeles here. I think that this is a Chargers line all the way, and I am willing to trust Justin Herbert on this short line. Herbert is a top-five quarterback in football in my eyes, and I expect him to light up this Jacksonville defense. The fact that the Chargers are on the road should not bother them too much. Los Angeles plays home games that feel like road games often. I do not think this environment will overwhelm them. I give Jacksonville a ton of credit for what they accomplished this year, but I think their season ends at home on Saturday night.
