Payton is given +250 odds, or an implied 28.6% chance to become the next Arizona Cardinals head coach. His biggest competition is likely to be Vance Joseph who’s given +700 odds, or an implied 12.5% chance to be promoted. Shane Steichen is also in the mix at +750, or an implied 11.8% chance.
