ANALYSIS

Kansas City Chiefs vs Cincinnati Bengals Prediction: Hit The First Touchdown Scorer in This Conference Matchup

The AFC Championship Game is getting a ton of hype. And it's warranted. The Cincinnati Bengals will take a trip to Kansas City, Missouri, to take on the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.

Bengals' quarterback, Joe Burrow, is currently 3-0 against the Chiefs. And with Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes dealing with an ankle sprain, the spread now favors the Bengals after opening with the Chiefs as favorites.

Each win by Burrow and the Bengals has been by three points or fewer. He and the Bengals don't always dominate the Chiefs. But they always find a way to escape with a win. Both teams must start well and get the lead early to win this game.

Below we'll review some of the best first-touchdown picks between the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Kansas City Chiefs.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Cincinnati Bengals First Touchdown Scorers

First TD Scorer: Travis Kelce (+650) Bet $100 to collect $750 via FanDuel

Travis Kelce saw 17 targets last weekend against the Jaguars. He caught 14 balls for 96 yards and added two touchdowns.

Kadarius Toney was second on the Chiefs with five catches, and then JuJu Smith-Schuster was next with two receptions.

It doesn't matter if it's Patrick Mahomes or Chad Henne. Kelce will be targeted a lot, especially in the end zone.

First TD Scorer: Joe Mixon (+750) Bet $100 to collect $850 via FanDuel

The backup offensive linemen for the Bengals outplayed the starters, who were out and injured.

Cincinnati will send out the same offensive line that helped Joe Mixon earn 20 carries for 105 yards and a touchdown last weekend.

I'm sold. This offensive line controlled the Bills up front, and Mixon added 5.3 yards per carry in the game. Despite his subpar season this year, Cincinnati proved they're not afraid to run it with Mixon.

First TD Scorer: Ja'Marr Chase (+750) Bet $100 to collect $850 via FanDuel

Chase has earned a touchdown in each playoff game so far. He also had nine touchdowns in the regular season, even after missing a month of games.

Chase has seen 20 targets in two games and grabbed 14 of them. He's not gaining a ton of yards per play like last season, but he's a game-changing player who can get going at any moment.

We saw what he did last year in the playoffs. He hasn't been as productive this year but still has time to break out for a huge game. This could be the game.
