The last game of Week 4 takes us to East Rutherford, New Jersey, where the New York Giants will host the Seattle Seahawks to close out another interesting week of NFL games. Last night, Zach Wilson and the New York Jets nearly upset the Super Bowl-defending Kansas City Chiefs as eight-point underdogs. Can the Giants put up a similar performance and take this one as home underdogs? I think so, but I also have two other plays to build a +845 same-game parlay from FanDuel. Let's get into it.

Monday Night Football Same Game Parlay
Leg 1: Giants ML
If you have been looking around social media and the storyline around this game, you have probably already seen that the Giants have not been doing well in primetime games. The Giants are 1-13 in primetime games since 2019. That includes 0-8 at home during that span. Can they reverse the luck tonight? I think so.
The Giants have been the recipient of conversations about teams regressing in 2023, with other teams like the Minnesota Vikings coming into that conversation, however, I think you cannot make a hasty judgment based on the first three games.
In Week 1, the Giants got blanked 0-40 by the Dallas Cowboys, but we have seen that the Cowboys have a top defense in the league and they have embarrassed other offenses this year, too. Then, the Giants made a comeback win in Week 2, beating the Arizona Cardinals 31-28, and everyone called it a "bad win" because the Cardinals are not supposed to be good in 2022. However, the Cardinals have looked a lot better than people initially thought, and they even beat the Cowboys the week after. They lost by one score to the Washington Commanders in Week 1 (who just took the Eagles to overtime), and yesterday they were down just 16-21 in the third quarter against the 49ers, who look like early Super Bowl frontrunners. All in all, that comeback win over the Cardinals does not reflect poorly on the Giants, in my opinion.
Then, in Week 3, the Giants lost badly again to the San Francisco 49ers. That is expected. The 49ers are the most well-balanced team in the NFL with an elite defense. The Seahawks are not that. The Seahawks have a below-average defense, and while they have looked good on offense, they have played three bad defenses through three games. The Los Angeles Rams, Detroit Lions, and Carolina Panthers are all below-average defensively, and honestly, the Giants' defense should be the hardest defense they have faced so far this season.
I think the Giants prove they are not "washed up" from that 2022 playoff season tonight. They are facing a defense that is beatable, the offensive line is healthier, Azeez Ojulari is back and healthy, and they have a game under their belt without Saquon Barkley. Barkley is doubtful for tonight, but Matt Breida is not a bad backup. The Giants also have had a long rest in between these games, as they played the 49ers on Thursday Night Football in Week 3. I am on the Giants to take this one.
Leg 2: Darren Waller 60+ Receiving Yards
Darren Waller has been one of the best receiving tight ends in the NFL for some years now. He had a rough go in 2022, as he was dealing with injuries for most of the season. After five seasons with the Raiders, Waller is looking like one of the main targets for Jones on the Giants, much like Mark Andrews for the Baltimore Ravens and Travis Kelce for the Chiefs. Waller had slower weeks in Weeks 1 and 3, but that was against the Cowboys and 49ers defense. In Week 2, Waller had eight receptions for 76 yards against the Cardinals. Facing a similar tier defense in Week 4, Waller should top 60 yards and show once again why he is one of the best tight ends in the league.
Before his injury-riddled 2022, Waller averaged 60.5 yards per game in 2021, 74.5 yards per game in 2020, and 71.5 yards per game in 2019. He should be the top target for Jones tonight and haul in at least 60 yards.
Leg 3: Tyler Lockett 60+ Receiving Yards
I'm taking one Giant for 60+ and now one Seahawk for 60+. All the eyes are on DK Metcalf in this game, and for good reason. He is an amazing receiver and top talent. I have seen lots of people taking his overs tonight. However, don't sleep on Lockett. Lockett and Metcalf were a top receiving duo last year, and while DK Metcalf finished with 1,048 receiving yards, Lockett was not far behind with 1,033.
Geno likes to sling it to both guys. Lockett has had a slower start, which is probably why the eyes are on Metcalf. Metcalf has 234 yards through the first three games, while Lockett only has 103. However, Lockett has the much better cornerback matchup tonight. He will line up across from rookie CB Tre Hawkins III for a majority of his snaps tonight. Hawkins was taken in the sixth round of the draft out of Old Dominion, and the veteran receiver should feast in this rookie matchup. The Giants also blitz a lot, so Lockett could break off one go route and hit this in one or two receptions for us.
