Chicago played a very solid game against the lions last week but it was not enough to come away with the win as they blew a two touchdown lead in the final minutes of the fourth quarter. How are they bounce back tonight? Let’s break it down.

Chicago Bears vs. Minnesota Vikings Prediction
Overall, both of these teams in tonight‘s matchup have been playing much better over the last month. The Vikings were on a five-game winning streak before losing a heartbreaker to the Broncos last week by score of 21 to 20. After dominating most of the game, they fell short and were plagued by three very costly turnovers that essentially cost them the win.
On the other side, the Bears are 3-4 in their last seven games, but have been playing much better than their record may indicate. They led for most of last weeks game against the Lions, and had many chances to beat the Saints a few weeks ago as the Bears covered both of those games ATS fairly easily.
Last week against Detroit, the Bears defense did a very good job of forcing turnovers as they forced 4 against a very potent Detroit offensive unit. The Vikings offense struggled with turnovers last week and I think it could plague them again tonight against this recent ball hawk Bears D. The Bears were unable to take advantage of their turnovers against Detroit however as they blew a 12-point lead with three minutes left, and would eventually lose by five after giving up a safety in the final minute.
While these two teams are trending in different directions, I believe their talent level on the field is actually very comparable. Justin Fields is back under center for the Bears and showed out against the Lions last week as he threw for 169 yards and also ran for an additional 104 yards on the ground, and was the leading rusher for Chicago. Russell Wilson was able to carve up this Vikings secondary last week as he only had eight incompletions, and totaled just under 260 yards including a game-winning drive in the fourth quarter.
I foresee Justin Fields having a big game tonight and if he can take care of the football, I believe the Bears will have a great chance to win this game straight up. With that being said, I am rolling with Bears +3 at -105 odds for one unit as my most confident NFL play of the day for tonight’s action.
