Raiders vs. Chiefs Prediction, Pick Against the Spread, Latest Odds

The Las Vegas Raiders will attempt to keep it close with the Kansas City Chiefs in a rare Friday afternoon game. Can Brock Bowers and the Raiders put up a fight at Arrowhead Stadium this afternoon? Matt McCuen is back with his Black Friday pick for Raiders vs. Chiefs.

Raiders vs. Chiefs Prediction, Pick Against the Spread, Latest Odds

The Las Vegas Raiders and the Kansas City Chiefs will clash for an AFC West showdown on Black Friday. These two teams have little love for one another, delivering some great matchups over the years.

Las Vegas begins this contest with a record of 2-9. The Raiders have been one of the worst teams in the NFL this season. At this season stage, Raiders fans are trying to see how high their team can get in the draft order.

Las Vegas entered the year with low expectations, and those expectations were accurate. The Raiders have lost seven consecutive games. That losing streak is the longest losing streak in the AFC, and tied for the longest streak in the NFL with the New York Giants. Head Coach Antonio Pierce could be on the hot seat after just one season.

Raiders vs. Chiefs Prediction

Veteran Gardner Minshew leads the offense with 2,013 passing yards, nine touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. Minshew will miss todays game after suffering an injury last week. Instead, Aidan O'Connell will get the start for the Raiders.

Alexander Mattison leads the ground game with 320 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Rookie tight end Brock Bowers leads the squad with 744 receiving yards on the season.

The Raiders rank 30th in points allowed per game (28.5).

Kansas City starts the game with a 10-1 record. That record has placed the Chiefs at the top of the AFC. Andy Reid and company can make history and win their third straight Super Bowl.

The Chiefs have won the AFC for eight consecutive years. KC holds a comfortable three-game lead over the Los Angeles Chargers in the division.

This Chiefs team suffered their first loss against the Buffalo Bills two weeks ago (30-21). Kansas City responded with a 30-27 win over the Carolina Panthers last weekend.

Patrick Mahomes leads the offense with 2,673 passing yards, 18 touchdowns, and eleven interceptions.

Veteran Kareem Hunt has rushed for 577 yards and five touchdowns. Travis Kelce has racked up a team-leading 569 receiving yards on the season.

Raiders vs. Chiefs Pick

We will take the points with the Raiders today.

In the NFL, we rarely see spreads that are this large.

While the Raiders have struggled, today is a prime-time divisional game for which I expect them to get up.

While the Chiefs have posted a 10-1 record, they have won eight of those games by one score.

KC has yet to beat a team by over 13 points this season.
