The Buffalo Bills will host the San Francisco 49ers in what many thought would have been a Super Bowl preview. But the 49ers are collapsing rapidly, can Josh Allen and the Bills take advantage? Peter Alexis breaks down this Sunday Night Football matchup and lays out the same-game parlay for 49ers vs. Bills.
ANALYSIS

FanDuel Same-Game Parlay Pick: Back This +600 49ers vs. Bills SGP on Sunday Night Football

The Buffalo Bills will welcome the San Francisco 49ers to a hostile environment at Highmark Stadium on Sunday Night Football. They are fresh off their bye week, and are looking to pounce on a reeling San Francisco squad that is about to miss the playoffs.

The Bills have won five games in a row dating back to early October, and are rocking a 9-2 record on the season. They are performing better than expected, and while everyone expected them to be solid, they are dominating at a much higher level. The same can't be said for San Francisco, who was an NFC favorite before dropping several questionable games and suffering through an injured roster. They are a loss or two away from getting eliminated, and desperately need an upset on SNF.

FanDuel Same-Game Parlay - 49ers vs. Bills

Leg 1: Buffalo Bills ML

As usual, we will start the SGP with the game script. Much is being made about the snow that will supposedly be an equalizer for the 49ers, but the reality is that this field will be completely clear by kickoff tonight. The snow fell throughout Friday, but there hasn't been anything additional over the last 24 hours, and the crews will have this field nearly spotless by game time. The Bills are absolutely on a roll, and that shouldn't change after the bye week. These guys are well-rested, and the opposition is anything but. This is more of a fade on them than it is backing the Bills. They have less than a 20% chance of making the playoffs at this rate, and nearly everyone is hurt on their squad. Christian McCaffrey may have returned, but he's been mediocre at best as part of this banged-up offense. They will begin to quit on the year tonight on the road in frigid temperatures as the wheels come off.

Leg 2: James Cook Anytime TD Scorer

James Cook has been a sneaky touchdown machine this year, while others are paying attention to Saquon Barkley and Derrick Henry. He doesn't get inflated odds like they do, sitting around -115 each week, yet has stacked up 11 TDs through 11 games. He scored twice against the Chiefs before the bye week, and there's no reason to expect that he won't again. The Bills should be able to run all over this mediocre Niners defense, especially without Nick Bosa up front. Fred Warner also announced he's been playing with a partially fractured ankle. They don't want to match up with the Bills offensive line in the cold tonight, so Cook will have plenty of opportunities to score, one way or another.

Leg 3: James Cook Over 16.5 Receiving Yards

We're going to zag away from the super public rushing yards bet on Cook. Everyone is loading up on him and CMC to hit over their 60ish rushing yards, but again, the field will be fine for passing. It will be frigid, but the Bills won't have trouble with their own elements. They will dish it to Cook often, and use him as an outlet on swing passes for Josh Allen. He can get over this total with two receptions, but could even get it in one. He has 3+ targets in each of the last four games, and had five catches in two of them. However, he missed under this number in the last two games. That won't last tonight, and he'll be all over the field for Buffalo.

Leg 4: Josh Allen Under 36.5 Rushing Yards

Josh Allen has flown over this number in his last two games, but he won't be needing to overdo it in this one. Allen went under this 36.5 in his previous four games, all of which were wins. The line is inflated due to the weather and snow, with many hammering the over, thinking Allen will have to take off due to poor conditions. But the reality is, Allen won't need to scramble, and he should have no issue passing either. The Bills are primed to build a big lead against this folding 49ers unit, who haven't seem to get hyped up for their recent games. There is a stark contrast in how these teams are operating, and if the Bills are blowing them away, Allen will be handing it off and throwing short passes for most of the second half.
