The Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens will meet tonight for a classic AFC North matchup in the first round of the playoffs.
There is no love between these two historic franchises. Pittsburgh leads the all-time head-to-head series 36-26. The Steelers have won eight of the last 10 head-to-head matchups. Baltimore won the most recent matchup, 34-17, over the Steelers on December 21st.
Pittsburgh begins the contest with a record of 10-7. The Steelers limped to the finish line after a red-hot start to the year. Mike Tomlin's team has lost four straight games coming into the playoffs. Pittsburgh's last win came on December 8th over the Cleveland Browns. The Steelers have not won a playoff game since 2016, losing in their last four appearances.

Steelers vs. Ravens Prediction for AFC Wild Card
Veteran Russell Wilson leads the offense with 2,482 passing yards, 16 touchdowns, and five picks. Former Alabama star Najee Harris leads the ground game with 1,043 rushing yards and six touchdowns. George Pickens has been the top option in the passing game with 900 yards and three touchdowns. Pittsburgh ranks 8th in points allowed per game (20.4).
Baltimore begins the matchup with a record of 12-5. That record earned the Ravens an AFC North Championship. Entering the season, Baltimore was one of the Super Bowl betting favorites.
Coming into the postseason, this Ravens team has a lot of pressure. The Ravens have reached the conference championship just once since winning the Super Bowl in 2012. Baltimore reached the AFC Championship last year, but was defeated in a thriller against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Former MVP Lamar Jackson has thrown for 4,172 yards, 41 touchdowns, and four picks, and he may be headed toward his third MVP award. Derrick Henry has scampered for 1,921 yards and 16 touchdowns. Henry led the NFL in rushing touchdowns. Zay Flowers led the team with 1,059 receiving yards. Flowers will miss tonight's game with a knee injury. The Ravens rank 9th in points allowed per game (21.2).
