Having posted creditable efforts in defeat at Newcastle and Wetherby, Flying Fletcher should give another good account. That said, he doesn't appear to be hiding anything from the assessor and it could be worth chancing handicap debutant CLONQUEST. The three-year-old has undergone a gelding procedure since finishing third at Thirsk and the introduction of a hood could prove a shrewd move. Star Banner and Welbury are others to consider.
