The winner of two of his last three starts over fences, THICKTHORN TOM looks worth sticking with. He rallied well in the closing stages at Stratford last time, when taking advantage of a mistake at the last by the favourite, and Dan Skelton's progressive charge is taken to go in again. Thank You Blue posted an improved effort at Cartmel recently. He could prove the main threat to the selection, ahead of Atreides.
