oddschecker Verdict

Cannes never landed a blow when sent off favourite for the King George V at Royal Ascot and there will be plenty who keep the faith in Joseph O'Brien's colt in this smaller field. That said, the vote goes to the same owner's HATTEEN. The step up to 1m4f seemed to make all the difference in the St Leger Trial at Doncaster and he could reverse the form with Bay Royale from their Nottingham meeting in April. Things didn't go to plan for Infraad when turned over on his handicap bow at Chester, but he remains open to a fair amount of improvement.

Prediction: 1st Hatteen, 2nd Cannes, 3rd Infraad
