MESAAFI is versatile with regards to how a race is run and is an appealing option off 1lb below his last winning mark. Similar comments apply to Tyger Bay, who only went up 2lb for his surprise Yarmouth success and again looks a key player. A strong case can also stated for Buccabay, who had the selection back in fourth when he won over C&D last December, although his recent form has been patchy and a revival is needed.
