A winner of his last two starts over hurdles, CALM FLIGHT AHEAD can get his chasing career off to the perfect start. A lightly-raced Wings Of Eagles gelding, the Philip Rothwell-trained five-year-old makes the switch to fences relatively early on. Connections clearly feel that his future lies over the larger obstacles and he gets the chance to prove that here. Rattledelatch sets a decent standard on the form of his opening two runs over fences. Runner-up at this track in August, the John Queally-trained gelding again shaped with promise when fourth at Listowel last month. Third on his fencing debut at Downpatrick recently, Doctor Confusion is also of interest for the Henry de Bromhead stable.
