The son of Kodiac was raised 12lb for that latest triumph, but there is no telling where the ceiling of his ability lies and stepping up to the mile could unlock even more improvement. Noble Prince wasn't helped by the late removal of a blindfold at Haydock, but he should have a say on this occasion, and so might Rupert The Brave, who has progressed with each run so far.
