Get ready Swifties. Taylor Swift is rumored to be this season's Super Bowl halftime show. On Thursday Night Football, the NFL hinted at Taylor Swift being the halftime act and the fans ran with it.
Apparently, back in May, Pepsi pulled out of the partnership for the halftime show and Apple Music became the new sponsor. With Pepsi out of the picture that frees up Taylor Swift to perform.
The news was dropped at midnight, which is strange, but that's been associated with Taylor Swift for years. Her next album which debuts next month is titled "Midnights."

Super Bowl Halftime Show Odds Breakdown
According to the Super Bowl halftime show odds, Taylor Swift is tied for the second-best odds with Blackpink. Blackpink, like BTS, is a K-pop group which has been taking over the music world over the last four years or so.
While the sportsbooks view BTS as the most likely option, the tease we saw earlier this week with the midnight hint makes a Taylor Swift appearance much more likely.
A major factor in this as well was Taylor Swift having a deal with Coca-Cola, Pepsi's biggest competitor. With Pepsi no longer the sponsor, it feels like the perfect time for her to be put into that spot.
She has enough pull with the younger demographic as well as appeal to an older audience to make her a widely liked person for this role. I think 2023 is the year we finally get Taylor Swift as the halftime show.
