Cincinnati Bengals vs. Baltimore Ravens Odds: 81% Of Bets on Bengals to Cover in AFC Wild Card Matchup

The Cincinnati Bengals take on the Baltimore Ravens for what's expected to be one of the more interesting NFL Wild Card games of the week. Whenever there's a division match-up in the playoffs, they're typically some of the best of the entire playoffs. Below, we will take a look at the recent Bengals vs. Ravens odds and see who the public is backing in this one.

To get things started, the fact that Lamar Jackson is not going to be playing for Baltimore is a major concern for the Ravens here. If they want any chance of winning this game, they're going to have to get creative and find ways to get the job done offensively. With Lamar out, they've been one of the worst offensive teams in all of football and that's certainly not going to be the recipe for success against a team like the Bengals.

There's a reason why Joe Burrow and the Bengals were able to make it to a Super Bowl a season ago and this team has its eyes set on that once again. If they come out and continue doing what they've done throughout the past two seasons, this could have the potential of being a blowout.

Let's check out the Bengals vs. Ravens odds and try to break this one down for everybody.

As we can see from the current Ravens vs. Bengals odds, oddsmakers are favoring the Bengals at -9.5. There are a few factors that have to be taken in here and the fact that this game is going to be played in Ohio and Lamar Jackson is out, it certainly makes sense why the line is the way that it is.

9.5 points is a ton in a playoff game, especially against a rival in the same division. However, this has a different type of feel than some of the other divisional playoff games this weekend and the public might be on to something here.

The public is backing Cincinnati at an 81% rate and while that could be worrisome if you do have a Bengals ticket out there, this is one of those few times that I actually agree with the public.

With no Lamar Jackson, the Bengals are going to find themselves in a good position to take care of business. Baltimore needs to get production out of somebody on the offensive side of the football and if they don't, we might see the Bengals even cover a 20-point spread here.
