2023 Super Bowl Odds: 62% of Bettors Have the Eagles Beating the Chiefs

The Super Bowl is set as the Eagles and Chiefs are set to face off in Arizona, and the books and bettors are in agreement. The Eagles are the favorites to walk away with their second title in six seasons.

The Eagles, who are 1-point favorites, have seen 62.1% of bets placed on them to win the Super Bowl. That means the Chiefs, looking for their second title in four years, have seen just 37.9% of bets placed on them.

To put this into perspective, it’s an almost identical split to the NFC Championship game. The Eagles had seen 62.3% of bets and the 49ers 37.7%. Will the Super Bowl see a similar result?

Bettors have been very cautious in the playoffs, backing favorites pretty consistently. It’s paid off. After all the Chiefs and Eagles, the top seeds in each conference, are playing each other. Still, 62% seems heavy when Patrick Mahomes is on the other side of Jalen Hurts. However, bettors were certainly right in the NFC Championship game.
