2023 NFL Power Rankings: Ranking All 32 Teams Heading into Week 7

We've got a lot to unpack after Week 6 in the NFL season. The 49ers lost to the Browns for their first loss, while the Eagles dropped a game to the Jets for their first loss. There are no more undefeated teams in the NFL, despite being less than halfway into the season. That said, here are my power rankings heading into Week 7 in the NFL.

2023 NFL Power Rankings

1. San Francisco 49ers

The Niners had a lot of injuries last weekend and couldn't figure things out on the offensive end against a tough Cleveland team. They're not getting a pass, but Philadelphia's performance against the Jets was way worse.

2. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are still the second-best team in the NFL. Jalen Hurts needs to limit turnovers, but like the Niners, the Eagles faced a tough defense and paid the price. Philadelphia will be fine.

3. Kansas City Chiefs

I don't care for recency bias. The Chiefs won last weekend, while the Niners and Eagles lost. But all three teams have one loss. Kansas City's underwhelming performance against the Broncos keeps them in the three spot.

4. Miami Dolphins

Miami trailed the Panthers 14-0 and then won 42-21. That's how good of an offense they have.

5. Detroit Lions

Detroit went out on the road and held the Buccaneers to six points in a 20-6 win. The Lions are seriously good this year.

6. Buffalo Bills

Buffalo escaped the Giants with a win. It could've been ugly. Every team has those types of games throughout the season. But the perseverance to win against the Giants was just as impressive.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars are 4-2 despite playing five conference games this season. It'll likely get easier for the Jaguars once they play teams outside of the division.

8. Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys escaped the Chargers on Monday Night Football. They've got things to work on, but at 4-2, they're still a top-ten team.

9. Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore's 4-2 and can still be so much better offensively. Just wait until everything clicks with this team.

10. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals found a way to get to 3-3 before the bye week. Now, they can recover a bit and try to get back over .500 the following week.

11. Seattle Seahawks

12. Cleveland Browns

13. Washington Commanders

14. Houston Texans

15. Atlanta Falcons

16. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

17. New Orleans Saints

18. New York Jets

The Jets earned a massive win against the Eagles last weekend. Instead of dropping to 2-4, they're 3-3. That's a much better outlook if they want to make the playoffs.

19. Los Angeles Rams

20. Indianapolis Colts

The Colts will have to manage this season without Anthony Richardson at quarterback. He'll likely get shoulder surgery that will likely keep him out for the rest of the season.

21. Tennessee Titans

22. Pittsburgh Steelers

It's hard to believe that the Steelers are 3-2. However, the offense won't get them where they want to be this year.

23. Minnesota Vikings

24. Green Bay Packers

25. Los Angeles Chargers

26. Las Vegas Raiders

27. New England Patriots

28. Arizona Cardinals

29. Chicago Bears

30. New York Giants

31. Denver Broncos

32. Carolina Panthers
