With four teams on a bye week, some teams must consider streaming a player. Meanwhile, other teams will have to make the difficult decision of deciding which player to play on the bench.
Hopefully, I can help you decide what's best for your team.
Here are 20 players you should sit or start for Week 10 in fantasy football.
P.S. - I had C.J. Stroud as a play last weekend.
Embarrassing your friends in Fantasy or are they embarrassing you? Lucky for you, we have over $5,000 in free bets in bonuses to use on the NFL! Even if your fantasy team is sucking, you can still brag about winning money!
Quarterbacks To Play in Week 10
1. C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans
2. Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals
If Stroud is still on the waiver wire after last week's performance, you might want to pay some FAAB for him if you're without a top-level quarterback. He just threw for 470 yards and five touchdowns against the Buccaneers. On the other hand, Kyler Murray is expected to be back this weekend. Knowing that he's a mobile quarterback has me excited. We don't have any stats on Murray this week, but if you're desperate, his ceiling is pretty high.
Stroud is heating up and he can only get hotter in Week 10 so it's an easy decision. Make sure you're hammering CJ Stroud prop bets at DraftKings right now
Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 10
3. Joshua Dobbs, Minnesota Vikings
4. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
5. Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints
Joshua Dobbs was tremendous last weekend. But hold off on any Dobbs waiver bids. He's playing a difficult Saints defense, where he'll likely struggle more than succeed.
Meanwhile, Dobbs will face Derek Carr, who has been underwhelming this year. He'd be the 19th-best quarterback if the season ended today.
Although Baker Mayfield has been better than Carr in fantasy through the first nine weeks, Mayfield's got a difficult matchup against a stingy Titans defense. Stay away.
Running Backs To Play in Week 10
6. Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers
7. Rachaad White, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
8. Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons
If Aaron Jones is still on your bench, it's time to play him. Jones just added 73 rushing yards with four catches for 26 yards. He's officially back and healthy.
Meanwhile, Rachaad White earned two touchdowns last week. He had just one throughout the season. But the Tampa Bay schedule is getting easier, and his carries should continue to stick around the 20 range.
Finally, Atlanta is giving Tyler Allgeier more reps around the red zone. He also saw 12 carries and is the 28th-best running back in the NFL. If you need a flex, Allgeier isn't a bad option.
Running Backs To Sit in Week 10
9. Javonte Williams, Denver Broncos
10. Roschon Johnson, Chicago Bears
Javonte Williams saw 27 carries for 85 yards against the Chiefs in a win. But how many times will the Broncos be leading against the Bills on the road? His carries won't be nearly as high.
Meanwhile, Roschon Johnson is not the guy at running back for the Bears. It's D'Onta Foreman. Don't bother with Johnson.
Wide Receivers To Play in Week 10
11. Tank Dell, Houston Texans
12. George Pickens, Pittsburgh Steelers
Don't give up on George Pickens. He's added just three catches over the last two games. But he's a receiver capable of a big game. Against the Packers, the Steelers will need some big plays and will rely on Pickens to make them.
Then there's Tank Dell, who is finally healthy and becoming a star with the Texans. He grabbed six balls on 11 targets with 114 yards receiving and two touchdowns. The Texans have even had Dell rush multiple times in four games. He's about to be a star.
Hammer George Pickens overs at Ceasars right now. Bet up to $50 and get $250 that Pickens has a better week than last and don't worry about losing!
Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 10
13. Calvin Ridley, Jacksonville Jaguars
14. Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers
15. Gabe Davis, Buffalo Bills
Calvin Ridley saw ten targets for the first time since Week 1. But against the 49ers, don't expect Ridley to have a career day offensively.
On the other hand, Christian Watson has no more than three receptions in any game this season. With Jordan Love under center, you're not going to want to play Watson at all, despite him being the No. 1 receiver ont he team.
Lastly, Gabe Davis is a boom-or-bust candidate. He added nine catches and 12 targets against the Buccaneers and then caught no catches against the Bengals last weekend. Find someone else who can at least guarantee something.
Tight Ends To Play in Week 10
16. Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints
17. Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals
Taysom Hill added four catches on five targets, with 11 rushes for 52 yards and two touchdowns last weekend. How many times will you get that production out of a tight end?
On the other hand, Trey McBride didn't get a fair crack last weekend with Clayton Tune under center. But with Kyler Murray back, McBride becomes a play again.
Can Taysom Hill produce in Week 10? He's getting hot. Well, FanDuel is the place to bet on Hill props right now!
Tight Ends To Sit in Week 10
18. Logan Thomas, Washington Commanders
19. Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers
20. David Njoku, Cleveland Browns
I'd rather stream Trey McBride, Taysom Hill, or Cole Kmet than these three guys. Thomas, Musgrave, and Njoku rely on scoring touchdowns for a solid offensive output.
