With so many rookie quarterbacks getting opportunities in this year's NFL season, the Power Rankings and standings have been absolute chaos. Here's where we stand as we head into Week 10.
2023 NFL Power Rankings
1. Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles are the only team with eight wins this season. They're the best team in the NFL. But with a date against the Chiefs on Monday Night, whoever wins that game will take the top spot in the NFL Rankings next week.
2. Kansas City Chiefs
Kansas City is 7-2 on the year. While the offense hasn't looked exceptional, the defense has stepped up significantly this year. Once the Chiefs get going offensively, Kansas City will be a tough out.
3. Detroit Lions
Detroit's 7-2 record is one of the best in the league. They found a way against the Chargers last weekend and have a healthy offense that is destroying.
4. Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys earned a massive win against the Giants last weekend. The schedule will stay easy for the next couple of weeks.
5. Baltimore Ravens
Although Baltimore lost to the Browns last weekend, the Ravens are still 7-3 and at the top of the AFC North.
6. San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco used its bye week to get healthy and take a deep breath. It worked. The 49ers beat the Jaguars by over 30 points on the road.
7. Houston Texans
C.J. Stroud has the Texans above .500 after a win over the Bengals. This team goes to war every game!
8. Cleveland Browns
The Browns edged out the Baltimore Ravens, 33-31. Cleveland could be on the rise if Deshaun Watson stays healthy and plays as well as he did last weekend.
9. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars lost its long winning streak to the 49ers, 34-3. But it doesn't matter how you lose the game. A loss counts as a loss, no matter what. It's only one loss.
10. Cincinnati Bengals
A loss to the Texans last weekend has pushed the Bengals to 10th.
11. Miami Dolphins
12. Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings have won five straight games and are the hottest team in the NFL. With Joshua Dobbs under center, the Vikings are more confident than ever.
13. Los Angeles Chargers
14. Seattle Seahawks
15. New Orleans Saints
16. Buffalo Bills
Buffalo just lost a home game to the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football. Yikes.

The Raiders are back inside the top 20 with Antonio Pierce as head coach!
20. Tennessee Titans
21. Washington Commanders

23. Indianapolis Colts
24. Los Angeles Rams
25. New York Jets
The Jets need to play better offensively.

The Giants are inching towards that No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft.
