NFL Defensive Team Rankings Heading Into Week 12
32. Denver Broncos
Denver has still allowed more than 400 yards per game this season.
31. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tampa Bay has allowed more than 270 yards passing per game this season.
30. Chicago Bears
The Bears have added only 15 sacks in 11 games.
29. Cincinnati Bengals
Cincinnati is closing in on allowing 400 yards per game defensively, too.
28. Arizona Cardinals
Teams have earned over 130 yards rushing per game against the Cardinals this year.
27. Tennessee Titans
Tennessee has just three interceptions in the entire year.
26. Carolina Panthers
The Panthers only have five interceptions.
25. Los Angeles Rams
The Rams also have just five interceptions.
24. New England Patriots
New England has earned just 18 sacks throughout the season.
23. Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs have played really well defensively, but the 112.4 yards per game on the ground will start to add up.

The Colts have allowed over 225 yards passing and nearly 130 yards rushing. But they also have 11 interceptions and 30 sacks.

Opponents have earned just 96.5 yards on the ground against the Texans this year.
18. Atlanta Falcons
Teams have scored below 21 points per game against the Falcons.

The Packers haven't earned many turnovers, but at least teams have only scored 20 points per game this year.

Washington still has 35 sacks this season. They've also forced seven fumbles and recovered all of them.

The Browns could use more turnovers. But everything else has been awesome for this defense.

The Dolphins are a balanced defense that has improved since Jalen Ramsey was activated.
4. Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens have allowed just 15 points per game this year. They've also added 44 sacks.
3. Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys have five touchdowns on the defensive side of the ball.
2. New York Jets
New York's points per game are higher than they should be because the offense can never help them out. The defense is always on the field.
1. San Francisco 49ers
