NFL Fantasy Start Em, Sit Em: 20 Players to Start or Sit in Week 13

We're back to regularly scheduled programming this week. You still need to check your lineup before Thursday night, but you won't have to worry about four different games being played before Sunday this weekend. Here are 20 players to start or sit as we head to Week 13.

Embarrassing your friends in Fantasy or are they embarrassing you? Lucky for you, we have over $5,000 in free bets in bonuses to use on the NFL! Even if your fantasy team is sucking, you can still brag about winning money!

Quarterbacks To Play in Week 13

1. Sam Howell, Washington Commanders

2. Russell Wilson, Denver Broncos

If you need a streaming option, there is a chance that Sam Howell is still available. Howell leads the league in passing yards after he added 300 yards against the Cowboys in a 45-10 loss. Even though Washington is a heavy underdog again this week, Howell will likely have to pass for most of the game against the Dolphins. That will only inflate his stats. Meanwhile, Russell Wilson has recently been playing himself into a QB1 spot in fantasy. He only threw for 134 yards against the Browns, but at least he rushed for 34 yards and added a touchdown on 11 carries.

Russell Wilson is heating up and he can only get hotter in Week 12 so it's an easy decision. Make sure you're hammering Wilson prop bets at DraftKings right now

Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 13

3. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

4. Jordan Love, Kansas City Chiefs

5. Kenny Pickett, Pittsburgh Steelers

I don't care if he's playing the Carolina Panthers. Baker Mayfield's not getting the job done in the second half of the season. He threw for under 200 yards against the Colts on 30 passing attempts last weekend. Meanwhile, don't get caught up in the Jordan Love hype. He had a great game last weekend against the Lions. But the Chiefs' defense is playing at a high level and will send blitzes at Love that he won't see coming. Finally, the Steelers added 400+ yards of offense last weekend. But stay patient with Kenny Pickett. This offense must be consistent before I can play Pickett in a crucial fantasy spot.

Running Backs To Play in Week 13

6. Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers

7. Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams

8. Jahmyr Gibbs, Detroit Lions

Jaylen Warren saw 13 carries for 49 yards last weekend. He also added three catches for 13 yards. He wasn't efficient, but he's still a significant part of this Steelers' offense. His reps and efficiency will only get higher with this new offense. On the other hand, Kyren Williams is back to being a No. 1 fantasy running back. He just saw 16 carries for 143 yards in his return. But that's not it! He added another six catches for 61 yards and two touchdowns. If he's on your team, don't think about it. Play Williams. Finally, Jahmyr Gibbs won't get every carry for the Lions. But he's been much better than David Montgomery and will continue to be an X-factor for the Lions. Gibbs got 11 carries for 54 yards and also added four catches on eight targets. The targets and volume for Gibbs are enough to make him the No. 1 running back as well.

Running Backs To Sit in Week 13

9. Devin Singletary, Houston Texans

10. Dameon Pierce, Houston Texans

Neither of these Texans' running backs deserve a spot on your fantasy lineup this week. The Texans are moving the ball passing. They're not looking to run the ball with inefficient backs. Singletary is a better option if you're in a PPR league. But now that Pierce is back in the mix at running back, there are better options out there than these two guys.

Wide Receivers To Play in Week 13

11. DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks

12. Rashee Rice, Kansas City Chiefs

Don't give up on DK Metcalf. He just saw nine targets but hauled in three against the 49ers. But against the Cowboys on Thursday night, the Seahawks figure to be in many passing downs with plenty of opportunities for Metcalf to deliver. Meanwhile, Rashee Rice has become the Chiefs' No. 1 wide receiver. He just added eight catches for 107 yards and a touchdown last weekend. Rice saw ten targets and is slowly starting to be a legitimate No. 1 wide receiver in fantasy football.

Hammer Rashee Rice overs at Ceasars right now. Bet up to $50 and get $250 that Rice has another massive week and don't worry about losing!

Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 13

13. Adam Thielen, Carolina Panthers

14. Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers

15. Drake London, Atlanta Falcons

Adam Thielen likely helped you through some games mid-season. But his time is over. Go find another receiver to replace Thielen after he caught one of three passes for two yards last weekend. Meanwhile, Christian Watson saw five catches for 94 yards and a touchdown last week. But don't get excited. He rarely repeats games like these. There are also better options than playing Drake London against the Jets' secondary. The Falcons have already struggled to throw the ball throughout the season. It won't be any easier in this game.

Tight Ends To Play in Week 13

16. Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints

17. Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers

Taysom Hill is the most versatile player in the NFL. He rushed the ball seven times for 26 yards and caught two balls for 55 yards last weekend. He's more consistent than most tight ends. On the other hand, I suggested waiting on Pat Freiermuth to prove that he's back to his old self. Last weekend, he did that. He added nine catches for 120 yards and was used a whole lot in the offense without Matt Canada. Play him.

Can Pat Freiermuth step up and deliver in Week 12? He's back to consistently producing. Well, FanDuel is the place to bet on Freiermuth props right now!

Tight Ends To Sit in Week 13

18. Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams

19. Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons

20. Hunter Henry, New England Patriots

Tyler Higbee likely won't earn another two-touchdown game against the Browns' defense. Kyle Pitts will struggle against the Jets' pass defense after adding only two catches on two targets against the Saints. Finally, Hunter Henry didn't have a single catch last weekend against the Giants. Drop him.
