2023 NFL Power Rankings: Ranking All 32 Teams Heading into Week 15
After plenty of insane finishes in Week 14, a lot has changed in our Week 15 rankings.
The Carolina Panthers are still the worst team in the NFL. But many teams at the bottom jumped up a couple of spots after some massive upsets.

2023 NFL Power Rankings
1. San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers haven't lost a game since their bye week. They're looking like the best team in the NFL by a wide margin right now.
2. Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore escaped the Rams, 37-31, in overtime. The Ravens have had many close calls but continue to find ways to win.
3. Dallas Cowboys
Dallas dominated the Eagles on Sunday Night Football to keep their undefeated win streak at home intact.
4. Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia's loss to the Cowboys has many fans concerned about Philadelphia's chances at making the Super Bowl in back-to-back seasons.
5. Detroit Lions
Detroit's defense hasn't held up. Meanwhile, Jared Goff and the offense have quietly struggled over the last two games.
6. Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins blew a two-touchdown lead to the Titans on Monday Night Football. They'll have to regroup for Sunday's game against the Jets.
7. Kansas City Chiefs
