Josh Allen Super Bowl MVP Odds
Josh Allen has taken over the top of the charts, by the slimmest of margins. Allen is now a +260 favorite to become Super Bowl MVP in a few weeks, edging out Mahomes by just 10 cents (+270). The Bills are in the best position they could be in after surviving against the Ravens. They capitalized off several key mistakes by Lamar Jackson and Baltimore, and Allen did enough for them to win.
With the amount that Buffalo spreads the ball out on offense, it would be very difficult for anyone to steal the MVP from Josh Allen if they were to win it all. James Cook would be the primary candidate, but he's way back at +6000 odds. They use three running backs in the ground game, and split the targets up between a plethora of receivers. Everything flows through their 6-foot-5 star QB, including the goal line rushing attack.
Allen is basically a shoe-in if they win, but the difference between these odds and the other teams involved is that there's no gap in the price. The Bills are +250 to win Super Bowl 59, and Allen is essentially the same price. He was a great buy last week at +550, but +260 is not a smart mathematical play at this point in the race.
Patrick Mahomes Super Bowl MVP Odds
Patrick Mahomes is no longer the leader after the Divisional Round, despite leading the Chiefs to a win over the Houston Texans. Mahomes was solid, but nothing incredible on Saturday. That's been the story of his season so far, but yet the Chiefs keep plugging away. Survive and advance has been the name of the game for them, and they'll hope to do it again on Sunday against Allen and the Bills.
Luckily for Mahomes, he'll be at home in Arrowhead where they haven't lost all year, and looking for revenge for their only true loss against the Bills in Buffalo a few months ago. At +270 odds, you can get a slight boost compared to the Chiefs' +210 odds to win their unprecedented third-straight Super Bowl. Last week it was similar, with Mahomes at +400 and the Chiefs at +350.
Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley Super Bowl MVP Odds
The Philadelphia Eagles fended off a late comeback from the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon, and now will be a heavy favorite in the NFC Championship Game. They can thank their division rival for taking out the No. 1 seeded Detroit Lions, giving them a home game at Lincoln Financial Field this week. Because of that, Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts' Super Bowl MVP odds have climbed up rapidly, with them now solidly expected to make the title game.
Hurts and Barkley are now tied at +500 odds to take home the highest individual honor at Super Bowl 59, rising from +1000 and +1200, respectively. Barkley dashed for over 200 yards and two scores in the victory over the Rams, continuing to solidify himself as the most important piece of this Eagles' offense. If he plays like that in a Super Bowl win over either the Bills or Chiefs, it will be hard to take the award away from him.
The Eagles are sitting with the best odds to win the Super Bowl as of right now, rocking a +175 offering and a 36.5% chance of taking it home. As noted, the removal of the Lions significantly aided their situation, so if you're set on either Saquon or Hurts to be
