I will keep this one brief and to the point. This is my favorite play of the day and for good reason. This game has a 7-run total, which means it projects to remain low scoring. Houston and Seattle just played yesterday and the day before but didn’t score a run in the 2nd, today’s pitchers are also studs.
Houston Astros vs. Seattle Mariners Prediction
First off we have Bryan Woo. This man holds a 0.57 home ERA which is absolutely wild. He is due some regression, but that can come any other inning than the 2nd. We should avoid Altuve, Yordan and likely Bregman. Houston hasn’t score in the 2nd in five straight games. I have faith in Woo to get three outs against the middle or end of that lineup.
Lastly we have Ronel Blanco. This man has respected our cash this year and we'll go to him again. He should avoid J-Rod here and he actually pitches better on the road with a 2.45 road ERA. The Mariners haven’t scored in the 2nd inning in six straight. Let's roll!
