We have a loaded Friday MLB slate today and I have put together a parlay for it that I am really liking. It consists of two players that I both like to record a hit today. Those two hitters are Steven Kwan of the Cleveland Guardians and Miguel Andujar of the Oakland Athletics. We've been on fire with our hit parlays this month. Let's keep the hot streak going!
July 26th MLB Prop Picks
The first leg I am taking is Steven Kwan to record a hit. His matchup today is Phillies lefty, Christopher Sanchez. Sanchez has been solid this season but has been prone to giving up hits. On the season he ranks in the 19th percentile in expected batting average allowed. Kwan on the other hand ranks in the 97th percentile in expected batting average and is very capable of hitting left-handed pitching. On the season he is hitting .383 vs lefties and with this being a road game, he will have an increased chance of five or more plate appearances. For Kwan's standards he has been cold as of late, but he is a guy that rarely strikes out which is great for hit props. If he is able to put four or five balls in play today, I really like our chances for a base hit.
To round out the parlay we will also be adding Miguel Andujar, who has been on fire as of late. Andujar has been crushing the ball the last week and is hitting .387 since the All-Star break, which is crazy! He now has a hit in 14 of the last 18 games with 2+ hits in four of the last seven games. His matchup today is Carson Fulmer for the Angels and this is a matchup who he just had some success against last week. On July 21st he went 2-for-3 with a home run against Fulmer and I expect him to be able to replicate his performance again today.
