Here are my favorite three strikeout props for today's afternoon matchups.

The Astros right-hander has struck out 27.3% of righties over the last month. He's also struck out 25% of righties this season.
Today, he'll face a Tampa Bay Rays offense that has struck out 27.6% of the time against righties over the last month. More importantly, five righties are in the lineup. Those five righties have combined to strike out 32.2% of the time against righties over the last 30 days.
With five massive targets and other lefties that he has the potential of striking out, we'll back the Over for Spencer Arrighetti.

It never feels right to fade the Dodgers. But Osvaldo Bido has struck out 37.1% of righties over the last month and 31.5% of righties overall this season.
He'll take on a Dodgers lineup that has more righties than lefties. Those five righties have struck out a combined 26.4% of the time against righties over the last month. Ultimately, the Dodgers have eight batters who have struck out at least 23.3% of the time against righties over the last month.
Bido might allow some power to the lefties in the lineup, but he'll also record a high strikeout rate against all of those righties. Take his over.

Over the last month, Zack Wheeler has struck out 28.6% of batters. He's also added 30.4% of strikeouts against lefties and 25% against righties.
Today, he'll face a Mariners lineup that should have seven batters with a strikeout rate of at least 22.7% against righties over the last month. The lineup should also have more righties than lefties, which is ideal for Wheeler.
After all, Wheeler has allowed a .325 ISO and wOBA of .375 to his last 46 lefties but has held his last 24 righties to a .130 ISO and wOBA of .228. The more righties in the lineup, the better.
Take Wheeler to earn at least eight strikeouts tonight.
