Mark Vientos has nailed a .368 ISO and wOBA of .518 against his last 19 lefties. He's also struck out 21.1% of the time and will be hitting during the day in Coors Field.
Furthermore, Vientos will face lefty pitcher Austin Gomber, who has allowed a .371 ISO and wOBA of .413 to his last 73 righties.
Gomber's strikeouts have increased against righties. He also doesn't walk batters very much. But when righties make contact, Gomber allows a lot of hard contact and plenty of fly balls.
Righties have hit 66.7% of hard contact against Gomber over the last month. They've also hit 31.4% of fly balls and 25.5% of line drives. If Vientos connects, he can launch one over the fence.
