If the Twins were such a “lock” to win this game, then why would the odds be shifting 15 cents towards the Rangers? The Twins might be 15 games over .500, but they are only 2 games over .500 on the road this season. The Rangers are nearly 10 games under .500, but at home, they are 31-27.
