Taijuan Walker returned to the mound last week after dealing with an injury. He pitched against 19 batters and struck out 26.3% of them.
However, throughout the season, Walker has only struck out 19.2% of batters and has struggled against both sides of the plate. The larger the sample size, the worse he's been this year.
That said, he'll take on a Nationals lineup that has struck out only 17.1% of the time against righties over the last month. Only James Wood has struck out more than 21.7% of the time against righties in that time.
With only one true target for Walker, it's hard to imagine Walker will add four strikeouts in today's matchup. Take his Under.

The Astros will throw lefty Framber Valdez today. He's looked incredible over the last month, earning 31.7% of strikeouts in that time.
He's also held his last 123 batters to a .125 ISO and wOBA of .224 and has induced more than 51% of ground balls.
The lefty will get an opportunity to face the Chicago White Sox. These White Sox have been awful against lefties over the last month. In the last 30 days, the projected lineup has hit a .044 ISO and wOBA of .199 against lefties. The lineup has also struck out nearly 27% of the time against lefties over the last month.
At this rate, I wouldn't even be surprised if Valdez throws a no-hitter against this White Sox lineup. Take him to add at least seven strikeouts today.

Chicago's rookie left-hander, Shota Imanaga, has struck out 26.8% of batters over the last month. His rate is up compared to the season and he's struck out both sides of the plate at least 25% of the time over the last month.
Meanwhile, he'll take on a Blue Jays squad that has struck out 27.5% of the time against lefties over the last month. The lineup has five batters with strikeout rates of at least 30.8% against lefties over the last month.
If Imanaga can earn at least one strikeout against all five of those hitters, he'll be well on his way to adding six or more strikeouts in today's contest. Take his Over.
