Wizards vs. Lakers Same-Game Parlay: Can LeBron James, Jordan Poole Deliver Out West on Tuesday Night?

The Washington Wizards travel to LA to take on the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday night, and I have put together a same-game parlay for the game that I am really liking. The Lakers have struggled to blow teams out this season, and I think there's a solid chance that this game stays close for a majority of it. I am going to go over each leg I am adding to the parlay and explain why I like it below.

Wizards vs. Lakers Same-Game Parlay

Leg 1: LeBron James 2+ Threes

The first leg I will be adding to this parlay is LeBron James to hit two or more 3's. LeBron has been shooting lights out at home this season with a 46% 3-Point percentage. He has two or more 3's in eight straight home games, and Anthony Davis is listed as questionable. I think there's a shot he may sit this game which would only improve our odds here, as LeBron has 4+ threes in all three games without Anthony Davis this season. Additionally, Washington has allowed the second-most 3's and most 3-Point attempts on the road this season. Over their last 10 games, they have allowed the second-most 3's and the third-most 3-Point attempts.

Leg 2: Jonas Valanciunas 8+ Rebounds

Leg number two is Jonas Valanciunas for eight or more rebounds. Jonas has eight or more rebounds in seven straight games, and in 11 of the last 14 games with 15+ minutes. The Lakers have been allowing a ton of rebounds as of late to second unit bigs as well. Here's a few of the most recent:

• Day'Ron Sharpe - 5 Rebounds on 10 chances
• Onyeka Okongwu - 11 Rebounds on 17 Chances
• Charles Bassey - 9 Rebounds on 15 Chances
• Steven Adams - 9 Rebounds on 14 Chances
• Kel’el Ware - 11 Rebounds on 13 Chances

Leg 3: Jordan Poole 3+ Threes

The next leg I'm adding here is Jordan Poole 3+ threes. Poole has 3+ threes in 12 of the last 13 games played, and has attempted at least nine threes in 12 of 13 as well. He hit five threes in both matchups vs. the Lakers last season, and I see no reason he won't be able to repeat that production from three tonight. LA has allowed the 8th-most above the break threes over their last 10 games played.

Leg 4: Carlton (Bub) Carrington 4+ Assists

The last leg I am adding to this parlay is Bub Carrington for 4+ assists. Carrington leads the team in assists and potentials assists over the past 10 games, averaging 4.1 assists on 9.2 potential assists. I expect him to play close to 30 minutes in this game, especially since I am expecting a more competitive game than the spread indicates here. When he plays 27+ minutes, he has 4+ assists in eight of the last 10 games, averaging 10.1 potential assists. I could see both Kuzma and Poole having success offensively as well, which are two players he tends to assist a good bit.
