4 Minute ReadWNBA All-Star Game Prediction: Will Caitlin Clark, A'ja Wilson, and Team Weatherspoon Crush the Competition on Saturday Night?
Team Weatherspoon faces Team Cooper in the 2026 WNBA All-Star Game on Saturday, July 25, at 8:30 PM ET in Chicago and airing on ABC. Team Weatherspoon is favored by 3.5 points at -110 and priced at -170 on the moneyline, while Team Cooper is +3.5 at -110 and +135 to win outright. The total is set at 277.5.
Both rosters are filled with elite scorers, playmakers and frontcourt stars, but Team Weatherspoon possesses the more imposing collection of top-end talent. Wilson, Clark and Miles give the favorite three players capable of controlling the game in completely different ways, while the depth behind them should prevent a meaningful drop when the starters leave the floor.

WNBA All-Star Game Prediction
Wilson is the strongest individual player in the matchup and gives Team Weatherspoon an overwhelming interior advantage. Her ability to score through contact, dominate the glass and run the floor should be particularly valuable in an All-Star setting where defensive rotations are often late and transition opportunities are plentiful. Aliyah Boston and Jessica Shepard add more size around her, allowing Team Weatherspoon to consistently attack the paint.
Clark and Miles should make that frontcourt even more dangerous. Clark can stretch the defense several feet beyond the 3-point line and create scoring opportunities with her passing, while Miles brings speed, athleticism and another aggressive perimeter scorer. Their ability to push the pace should generate open shots before Team Cooper can match up defensively.
Team Cooper has enough talent to remain competitive behind Paige Bueckers, Breanna Stewart, Kelsey Mitchell and Marina Mabrey. However, the underdogs may struggle to match Team Weatherspoon’s combination of interior dominance and perimeter creation. Stewart will be asked to handle significant defensive responsibility against Wilson, while Bueckers and Mitchell must keep pace with multiple high-level guards on the other side.
The bench advantage further strengthens the favorite. Allisha Gray would be a featured scorer on nearly any roster, yet Team Weatherspoon can bring her into the game alongside Rhyne Howard, Jonquel Jones, Courtney Williams and Nneka Ogwumike. That depth should allow the favorite to maintain offensive pressure throughout every rotation and pull away during the second half.
