7 minKentucky vs. Georgia Prediction, Pick, Odds: Will Georgia Pull Away Against Undefeated Kentucky?
The Georgia Bulldogs have won back-to-back College Football Championships. But this year might be different.
The Bulldogs are 5-0 and likely won't lose a game this season. But they also haven't looked elite against subpar competition this season. It's not the same Georgia as the previous years.
They'll take on the Kentucky Wildcats, who have also begun the season 5-0. Kentucky has already earned multiple SEC wins, including a victory against Florida last weekend.
However, it's unlikely that Kentucky will defeat Georgia this week. We want to know if they'll be able to cover.
Here are our picks, predictions, and odds for Saturday's SEC matchup between the Kentucky Wildcats vs. Georgia Bulldogs.

Kentucky Wildcats vs. Georgia Bulldogs Prediction
The Georgia Bulldogs have escaped a couple of tight games throughout the season. The former champions needed come-from-behind wins against South Carolina and Auburn to stay 5-0.
Those two games against South Carolina and Auburn were Georgia's only two SEC games up to this point.
Georgia's too talented to lose to the other SEC opponents that aren't Alabama. But they're holding onto a tightrope.
The Bulldogs have averaged 481.2 yards per game behind Carson Beck at quarterback. Beck has thrown for nearly 1,500 yards with seven touchdowns and two interceptions. He hasn't stood out as an elite quarterback.
However, the run game has earned nearly 150 yards per game with Daijun Edwards. Edwards has gained 5.1 yards per carry, with 51 carries and five touchdowns. Georgia has been dominant as an offense.
That dominance should continue. Kentucky hasn't had a great pass rush against opponents this season. If Beck has time in the pocket, he'll be able to find his favorite target, Brock Bowers, who has 413 yards receiving and three touchdowns this season.
Conversely, Kentucky's offense has taken off with the new transfer quarterback, Devin Leary, under center.
The Wildcats have averaged nearly 400 yards of offense per game with 225.8 yards in the air.
Most of the yards come from Ray Davis, who already has 76 carries for 594 yards and eight touchdowns. Davis has averaged 7.8 yards per game on the ground for the Wildcats this year.
It will be a bit more difficult against Georgia's defense. The Wildcats have held teams to 287.2 yards per game, with only 113.4 yards on the ground. The weakest portion of the Georgia defense is its pass rush.
Leary will need to minimize turnovers. He's thrown ten touchdowns but also has five interceptions. If he can make better decisions and gets a solid performance from his offensive line in pass protection, Kentucky should at least stick around against Georgia.
I don't think Kentucky is more than a 14-point underdog. We're getting 15 for Kentucky. I'll take it.
