The Baltimore Ravens will welcome the Cincinnati Bengals to M&T Stadium for an exciting divisional matchup between two potential playoff teams. The Bengals started the season 0-2 but have now won two straight over the Jets and the Dolphins to get back to .500. Meanwhile, the Ravens are coming off a disappointing loss to the Bills, 23-20. Now Baltimore is also 2-2 on the season, despite getting MVP-like performances out of Lamar Jackson to begin the year. Will the Ravens bounce back on Sunday, or will the Bengals earn their third straight victory? Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals Prediction
The Cincinnati Bengals were a bit hungover to begin the season. They lost two straight games after playing in the Super Bowl last year. Eventually, the Bengals flipped the script, and now they're 2-2 on the season. Quarterback play is still a concern for the Bengals. Joe Burrow has thrown for eight touchdowns but has four interceptions on the season. Still, he's thrown for nearly 1100 yards through four games and is starting to get a little hotter as the season progresses. Running back Joe Mixon only has one touchdown on 82 carries. That will have to change if the Bengals want to stay balanced offensively. Burrow is going to throw to Tee Higgins and Ja'Marr Chase equally. Those two are probably the best players in the NFL regarding receivers. However, the offensive line was supposed to be improved this year. That hasn't been the case, leaving Burrow to dry again with many big QB hits and sacks.
On the other hand, the Ravens haven't been great against the run or in coverage. The defense for the Ravens has allowed 437.8 yards per game and 25 points per game. The Bengals should be able to find their way through this Ravens defense. Lamar Jackson has been tremendous for the Ravens in his contract season. Baltimore is earning nearly 30 points per game. Jackson has scored 13 touchdowns in just four weeks, with 11 coming in the air and two more on the ground. Jackson is a major duel threat quarterback and extremely difficult to stop. The Bengals have been above-average as a defense this year, but going up against Jackson is a much more difficult task. Therefore, I like the Over in the Bengals and Ravens game on Sunday Night Football. The Ravens will get theirs, but the Bengals should also see plenty of points on the board against a Ravens defense that looks one of the worst in the league.Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals Pick
