Tennessee Titans vs. Buffalo Bills Player Prop: Can Tony Pollard Go Off in Buffalo?

The Tennessee Titans travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills on Sunday and I have found a player prop for this game that I am really liking. The Bills are an 8.5-point home favorite in this game and project to be playing from ahead. I think this sets up nicely for this player prop. I am going to be targeting Titans running back Tony Pollard and will be taking his longest reception overs (see below).

Tennessee Titans vs. Buffalo Bills Prediction

Tony Pollard is coming into this game hitting the over 11.5 yards longest reception in three of his last four games. The matchup really could not be much better for him, as the Buffalo Bills are allowing the most targets, receptions, and receiving yards to opposing running backs this season. Take a look below at what opposing running backs have put up for their long receptions this season against the Bills:

  • (ARI) James Conner 22 Yards
  • (ARI) Emari Demercado 26 Yards
  • (MIA) De’Von Achane 16 Yards
  • (BAL) Justice Hill 19 Yards (He also had a 14, 15, & 17 in the same game)
  • (HOU) Dare Ogunbowale 28 Yards (He also had an 11 & 13 in the same game)
  • (NYJ) Breece Hall 24 Yards (He also had a 21 in the same game)

You can see that the Bills have been consistently allowing RBs to fly over their longest reception line, and this game script should set up perfectly for Pollard. The Titans will likely be playing from behind for this one and with that, we can expect Pollard to see many opportunities to get us over this number. Not only this, but Tennessee's other running back, Tyjae Spears, will be out for this game. Spears left last week with injury and we saw Pollard play 90% of the snaps in the 2nd half. I think we see this RB receiving vs. the Bills trend continue for Pollard on Sunday!
